Fullstack Job: Senior Full Stack Developer

**Hybrid in Durham, NC.**

Our financial services client is looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join their team.

Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Pay Rate: $70.00 - $85.00/hr on W2

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be taken into account when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting is a reflection of a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided pay range.

Responsibilities of the Senior Full Stack Developer:

• Work closely with the business to develop prototypes, pilots, and full-scale applications
• Serve as a lead in the design and implementation of enterprise applications
• Provide thought-leadership on technology solutions and ideas to support business goals
• Provide technical leadership to all team members
• Raise issues and risks to executive management for timely resolution
• Mentor junior team members

Requirements of the Senior Full Stack Developer:

• A Bachelor's degree Computer Science or related field and at least 15 years of software development experience
• Strong experience in front-end technologies like AngularJs, Bootstrap etc. & middle tier technologies like Java, NodeJs, Python
• Experience working closely with business partners and providing the appropriate system solutions to the development team
• Experience and knowledge of both waterfall and Agile/iterative software delivery methodologies
• Experience with both SQL based and NoSQL databases
• Proven track record designing, scale and building complex end-to-end systems
• Proven ability to build a strong, positive culture managing a team technology professionals
• Ability to lead a small development team and resolve technical/design issues
• Ability to clearly convey information to a broad array of technical and non-technical audience
• Strong Object-Oriented analysis and design skills
• Knowledge of cloud computing environments, applications and tools
